Inclusion of unborn children



Dear Sirs,

Please include the 18 unborn children in your list of potential claimants in Schedule #5. I believe that unborn children are 100% alive and should have the right to life and to benefits. They should be "eligible victims," especially when we view them from the vantage point of the Declaration of Independence.



Thank you for your consideration. My wife lost a pregnancy once, and it was like we lost a child. An unborn child plus a few months is really a real live baby.
