Relief fund for 911
To whom it may concern:
I recently received an e-mail regarding the appropriations of Sept. 11 funds. It stated the Kenneth Feinburg has publically stated a position to not grant equal compensation to gay couples. I would like a response to a simple question: is this true? Are partners of the victims receiving equal compensation?
