Sept. 11 victim compensation fund
Kenneth Zwick, Director, Office of Management Programs, Civil Division,
US Dept. of Justice:
I write to urge regulations for the use of the funds that include ALL
families of victims be included, not just traditional, heterosexual
families. When I gave money I intended it to go to all persons grieving
the loss of a loved one, whatever type of committed relationships there
were between partners and/or children. Please honor all those losses in
the processes you design!
