September 11 fund


To whom it may concern:

I am a voter, taxpayer and U.S. citizen. I am writing to urge you to
compensate all families who lost loved ones in the September 11 tragedy.
Specifically, please provide the same benifits to domestic partners as to
heterosexual spouses. And please provide the same benifits to de facto
children of gay, lesbian and transgendered parents as to children of
heterosexual parents.

It is clear that many GLBT individuals who lost their lives on September 11
acted bravely to save their coworkers and countrymen. Please honor their
memories as you would honor the memories of any people who died that day.
Please provide the same benifits to GLBT families as you do to heterosexual
families because it is the just and right thing to do.
