Victim Compensation For Gays and Lesbians
I am a U. S. citizen and taxpayer, and I STRONGLY demand that the fund
include gays and lesbians in its compensation. Gays and lesbians are human
beings too. It is OUTRAGEOUS that the fund would compensate non-Americans
but exclude our gay and lesbian citizens!
