I do not believe that we should have to agree to and sign for a Settlement without the knowledge of the settlement amount. Also, I do not believe that the contributions from the American citizens of the United States should be deducted from the settlement. Nor do I believe that the insurance that my son paid for should be deducted either. My son was my carekeeper and I depended upon him in more ways than one and certainly not only financially. These are things that I am unable to do for myself without huge efforts. There is no price that you can put on these things.
