I am totally outraged that obviously on Dec 13, the gay community decided to flood this message board with comments to the affect that it would be un-American to not consider illegitmate marriages and children. Can't we at least show some consideration first for people like my brother-in-law who was not only an American hero, he was a legally married man for 18 years with 2 legitimate children, 18 years in the Army working in an appointed position in the Pentagon when he was murdered. Sometimes I think people who call themselves American go too far. Please show some respect for the American institution for legal marriage and for decent people with morals and strength of character. Do not insult his death and others like him by insinuating that just because somebody was living with someone gives them any legal rights to a claim here.
