Include Unborn Children as Victims
Regarding your Topic #5 on Claimant Eligibility, I request
that you consider those unborn children who were killed
along with their pregnant mothers as a result of the
September 11 terrorist attacks as "eligible victims."
I am currently 7 months pregnant, and were I to be killed in a terrorist
attack, I know my husband, children, and extended family would consider
our unborn child as a victim.
