Compensation for families of 9-11 victims

Dear Department of Justice,

I am writing to express my concern that all families who lost members in the 9-11 tragedy receive equal compensation, regardless of sexual orientation and legal marriage status. As we reflect on what makes our country great equality is surely one of the most important qualities. As we reflect on what we have learned about ourselves since 9-11, it is our capacity for compassion and practical assistance. Let the response you craft in the rules for the "September 11 Victim Compensation Fund" reflect both qualities, caring for the practical and emotional needs of all of America's families.

If possible, I would appreciate a copy of the rules you draft.
