Request for Fairness and Justice

I have become aware that the partners of gay men and lesbians killed in the
September 11 attacks will not receive compensation commensurate with
heterosexual couples.

I am appalled at this decision.

I respectfully request that this be re-considered, and that justice take the
lead in this issue.
