Many of these citizens have been in long-term committed relationships for years and deserve the same treatment as other survivors. It has been said that the Fund is willing to "bend the rules" for other groups, including illegal immigrants and corporations who have hired illegal immigrants. However, when it comes to gay and lesbian survivors, they have been told that "rules are rules". How dare you!!! As a citizen who is contributing to this Fund, I demand that you treat everyone equally or not at all. Always remember this, SOMEONE YOU KNOW AND LOVE IS GAY OR LESBIAN.
