Sept. 11th Victims Compensation
Dear Special Master Kenneth R. Feinberg,
I want to urge you to make sure that justice is served with the victims'
family funds, by recognizing gay and lesbian partners of those killed on
Sept. 11 and giving them their compensation, as well as other unmarried
partners. Also, please make sure that no matter what the person's job, his or
her family is compensated without prejudice. In other words, if a person was
a dishwasher or janitor, his or her family needs and deserves just as much as
a stockbroker's family. Please prevent any discrimination against poor and
working class families of Sept. 11th victims.
