Mr. Kenneth R. Feinberg
Special Master
Victim's Compensation Fund

VIA EMAIL

Dear Mr. Feinberg:

First, I want to thank you for your televised comments on "Meet the Press,"
regarding the 9/11 compensation fund's final rule about the federal, state
and local government's blatant discrimination towards homosexuals and their
children. I understand that, as a result, the fund will include
non-tax-paying illegal aliens, and ignore tax-paying, law abiding homosexual
citizens and their families.

I am writing to tell you that I am not shocked and dismayed at your finding.
I understand that you can bend the law about illegal aliens, but not
homosexuals. This is not surprising. It has been obvious to me for many
years that the US government discriminates against homosexuals. The city,
state and federal laws do not protect homosexuals, and you are simply abiding
by those laws.

Maybe this will be the wakeup call that the millions of gay, lesbian, bi,
trans tax-payers and their tax-paying friends, families and supporters need.

Because of your public comments and ruling, you have enraged a nation of
voting citizens. The youth of our nation have already figured out that queer
doesn't equal invisible, by a wide margin. In fact, 75% of college students
surveyed recently, believe that homosexuals should be allowed to legally
marry. If the older generation won't take action and fix this injustice, I'm
sure the younger, wiser generation will. But, how long will we have to wait?

Until homosexuals are treated fairly and equally in this country, along with
their hard-earned tax dollars, would you suggest defection into "illegal
alien" status, so that they are immune from taxes they do not benefit from?

Or, would you recommend that all gay men legally marry lesbians, which would
provide for inclusion in all tax laws, benefit plans and government
compensation? This would also allow for their legal adoption of homeless
orphans in the country and around the world, as in most states, same-sex
couples, regardless of their financial situation and length and commitment of
relationships are currently forbidden to adopt in most states.

Food for thought. Any suggestions?

Most importantly, I understand that you are just following state and local
laws, and again, thank you for your honest and thought-provoking comments.

Sincerely,
Individual Comment
St. Louis, Mo

P.S. Who do I contact to request a refund of my charitable contributions to
this discriminatory fund, and the percentage of the taxes I have paid that
will go to non-tax-paying ILLEGAL aliens?
