We the family of demand to know what
what formula was used to determin (1)(a) pain & suffering
(b) economic and non-economic losses (c) promotions and
other increases in earnings
(2) We demand that awards be based upon actual damage
without limits
(3) That charitable donations SHALL NOT be considered
collateral sources and SHALL NOT be deem a
source of off-sets
(4) That there shall be NO deductions from the award due to
decedent's forethought to obtain Life Insurance policy for the
benefit of their families
