The changes made to this fund does not change the situation for many of us.
If you are going to deduct various items from the payment then a persons true
salary should be used. My husband was 50 years old. Already you have
determined that he would only work 12 more years.... well his father is in
his nineties and still working!!! Also since you are only using 12 years
then the salary this he was making should be used. He worked hard all his
life to make the salary he was making and now it doesn't count. If you
divide the amount you are giving people by the number of years they are
expected to live, the amount is basically nothing.
