Do not ignore domestic parters

I've just learned that the Victim's compensation fund will not be used to aid Domestic Partners of gay and lesbian victims.  With all the hoopla about casting aside our differences, not to mention the secular cannonization of each and every victim of the 9/11 tragedies, I would hope that you wouldn't actually deprive loving life partners the same compensation you extend to hetero married couples.  And in light of the Fund's stated intention of overlooking the legality of compensation claims from illegal aliens, it seems blatantly discriminatory to deny Domestic Partnership claims based on legality.  I urge you to reconsider this issue.
