How can you expect me to settle and not pursue litigation if your going to
deductlife insurance from the settlement? And what bearing does that have in
regards to the liability and negligence of the airline industry? Where were
the protections for my wife? I lost my wife in the wtc disaster. I dont
see how there liability correlates to her life insurance policy.
