Claimant Eligibility
Regarding your Topic #5 on Claimant Eligibility, I request
that you consider those unborn children who were killed
along with their pregnant mothers as a result of the
September 11 terrorist attacks as "eligible victims."
If legally possible can the frozen assets of these terrorist
organizations be seized and included in the reparations
for the victims.
