Comment on Victims Relief Fund Act
My daughter was a flight attendant on Flight . My
wife, son, and I would ask that consideration be given in definition of
collateral source income. I understand that the law specifies that
collateral sources be considered. Limiting the sources that are
considered to a select few or allowing for a discount of certain sources
would be our request. If there is a way to limit sources, we would hope
that insurance would not be considered as a collateral source.
