Dear Sirs:

My son, , was a victim of the WTC tragedy. My heart and soul have been ripped from me, as many other parents, wives, children,
brothers & sisters. There is no compensation that can replace the life
of my son.

I am appalled by the information that the DOJ is considering deducting
any insurance, charity & other monies received by the victims families.
The insurance is a private organization which the company & or the
victim pay a premium for such instances. The American people gave from
there hearts to help the victims families. Several companies have
collected funds on behalf of their victims. How sad that the government
would even consider deducting this money from a settlement.

I hope that you consider all the ramifications before you proceed with
such an action.
