September 11 Victim Compensation Program
Dear Mr. Zwick:
I am writing you to urge you to support compensating the partners and
non biological children of Gay and Lesbian victims of 9-11. They are
as deeply hurt and deeply effected by this disaster as those with legal
access to marriage and adoption, yet they are already having to face
discrimination during this time of grief (in Virginia for example).
These victims are American citizens just like those who are married, and
they pay taxes as well.
