Dear Mr. Feinberg:

Thank you for taking this assignment on our behalf. Those who have suffered
great loss from the September 11th attack on the WTC need all the support we
are able to give.

I encourage you to treat all people equitably - not assigning benefits based
on income but rather on the value of each life lost.

I also urge no discrimination towards our gay and lesbian families. It is a
time to show that their lives and their families are as valued as more
traditional ones.

Thank you for considering my comments. I look forward to hearing how you
will act on these very important issues.
