I am concerned about recent comments that domestic partners of gay persons
who may have died in the 9/11 crash will not be compensated because of
unclarity of state laws, while illegal aliens will receive full compensation.
I am not opposed to illegal aliens receiving full compensation. I am opposed
to the discrimination against those who had no legal option for marriage and
who may be just as dependent on a spouse for income and for those many other
things that we rely on a spouse for. The government should compensate ALL
families of those who perished. Remember and
and many others and honor their memories to.
