Unfair treatment
I am outraged that gay and lesbian partners of those who died on September
11 are not automatically going to receive the same benefits as heterosexual
spouses. This is totally unfair; they are humans just like heterosexuals
are. It blows me away that after this tragedy, people are still ignorant and
still narrow minded about their brothers and sisters; just because of their
sexual preference.
