Federal September 11th Victims Fund
To whom it may concern,
I believe it to be quite unfair that the victims would have to sign a waiver
to file lawsuits when they do not know how much compensation they will
receive until after they sign the waiver.
I agree with Governor Pataki that this is not the American way , but
coercion plain and simple. Please change the rules!
