Victims' Fund Dispersal
In my opinion, the administration of this fund should
definitely take into account the amount of charitable
contributions a family has received.
While emotions run high on this issue, the point is
not to make millionaires out of these families, but to
fairly compensate them for lost wages, mental trauma,
future educational costs for their children, etc. The
burden of this compensation should not be solely born
by the taxpayers of this country.
