Sept 11 Victim Compensation Fund
I wish to express my conviction that the Dept. of Justice should adminster
the "September 11 Victim Compensation Fund" in a way that includes gay,
lesbian, bisexual, and transgendered persons and their loved ones. We all
suffered on that day, regardless of our gender or sexual orientation.
Common decency should not prevent us from recognizing this basic fact.
