Which between my sister and I, I think that is a fair amount of money. The only problem is our stepfather has collected my mothers insurance money which off sets the compensation funds. Therefore, that leaves my sister and I with nothing. Shouldn't my sister and I be entitled to something for all of our pain and suffering? This was our mother. Our stepfather has not shared any of his benefits with us. Now because of him we are now not entitled to the victims comp program. This just doesn't seem fair. I work on Wall Street, which is four blocks from the WTC. I was there when my moms tower started to come down. My fiancée worked at 7 WTC. He escaped death that day.
