U.S. Treasury Department, I feel the need for a case
by case evaluation is necessary. Some families are
better off than others and require less help. The
younger families will need much more help. DO NOT
catagorize this help. If the family is in need then
use the money, if not, they probably will decline the
offer or at least petition for less. Though the money
will help many the only thing that will help all of
the families will be the continuous statement of the
sacrifice and heroism their loved ones represented.
Make sure there is enough resources, somewhere, to do
that and you will have served the people well.
