To Mr. Zwick:

Please ensure that the September 11th Victim Compensation Fund is distributed in the fairest
way possible. To that end, I have two major concerns.

Gay and Lesbian families should be treated the same as married couples in that domestic
partners and children of those unions should receive compensation for the lost of their loved one

Also while I understand that funds will be distributed based on lost earnings, care must be taken
so that all families receive at least a minimum level. The family of a corporate CEO and the
family
of a janitor will both be struggling with unforeseen expenses and this fund should make sure that
they are able to buffer themselves from unpredictable crisis.
