My Claim

Hello,

I was greatly effected by the events of Sept 11, 2001. I lived in Battery
Park City and worked on Wall St. My position was eliminated on Sept 28,
2001 and my neighborhood was ruined. I fled on the 11th and am now
sleeping on a couch bed in my parent's house in Los Angeles. I was unable
to collect unemployment from New York because a) I was not there and b) I
own a one man consulting company that has been dormant since 2000. FEMA
denied me assistance because I was not physically there to show them my
apartment.

I am very surprised about the lack of cooperation I received since this all
happened and would like to get some answers as to why I can not receive any
help.
