I think this is so unfair that from the gov't fund there will be "collateral sources" deducted as my husband was a very dedicated worker and he has paid for his 401k plan and insurance policies for many years.......and this is what little money I will have to live with for the rest of my life....in another 5 years or perhaps before no one will remember "us" who stayed behind and what do I do in another year when I will no longer have medical insurances, dental or for my glasses.....and the union tells me that it will cost me and ...who will pay for that? I think this is not good for me therefore I choose to opt out.....until this crystalizes.........
