What did the airlines do that was negligent? Nothing! This was/is the price of living in a free society. We need to eliminate ALL terrorists not make victims millionaires! Let them go ahead and sue, just make sure that justice IS served. If there was no negligence don't lets a bunch of (expletive) lawyers twist things around to find ANY miniscule, minor thing to place the blame. This is a perfect time to reform out litigation process. Things have become insane allowing people to sue AND WIN for anything. This is what insurance is for. People are suddenly killed all the time. This WAS tragic, I hope we all learned from it. However, no one but the terrorists are at fault! This is a dangerous precedent that should not be allowed.
