Exclusion of Gay Americans from the 9/11 Victim's Comp. Fund

To Whom it May Concern,

I am astonished at the decision by Mr. Feinberg to exclude gay Americans who lost their lives on September 11 from those whose families would be eligible to receive the benefits that our tax dollars are funding through the Victim's Compensation Fund.
Who in the world could countenance such discrimination? Who in all the world would believe that the US Government would use a time like this to express it's disdain and disapproval for gay Americans who lost their lives in the horror that was September 11th? We call ourselves a civilized nation, and President Bush speaks often of the patriotism of America. This action by Mr. Feinberg is neither civilized nor patriotic. It is absolutely shameful. God is surely offering an equal reward to all those innocent victims who perished that day, but leave it to the US Government to second guess God and deny equal treatment to their families.
