ST CLARE'S WTC OUTREACH
To Whom It May Concern,
We represent over 100 families on Staten Island that have lost someone in t World Trade Center Disaster. In an attempt to determine what the estimated proceeds of the plan would be for particular people we have asked for a Worksheet to help calculate the numbers. We have been informed that no such worksheet exists. Attempts to leave messages have been unsuccessful since the voice mailbox is always full. I cannot believe that you are expecting these people to make a decision when they cannot even determine the entitlement. I have expressed this concern to both Congressman Fossella's office as well as the Attorney General. I would look to see this work sheet provided prior to next weeks meeting.
