Saturday, March 23, 2002 5:17 AM Dear Sir or Madam: Is it your intention to pay tax dollars to victims of all catastrophies? If so, where do you expect to get all the money from? The tax payer is expected to pay for everyone's evil deeds. If a bureaucrat or even a voted in politician does something wrong. We pay. (banks, etc.). If a foreign country or foreign people attack us; we pay for rebuilding, fixing, the evil act as well as everything and anything else. Hmm....do you see a problem with this;? If we want to stop this evil on any level, make the person (whomever) it be responsible and liable to suit. Our laws have been turned upside down and frankly, as a taxpayer I don't see why I am responsible. Or for that matter, any other law-abiding taxpayer. You know, it is a sad, no, a horrible loss for all those who lost loved ones on September 11 but you know any catastrophy is a horrible loss. In no way, is the airline or this country to blame and therefore, tax dollars have no place here.
