Discrimination
I am deeply concerned abuut the government's decision to exclude the partners
of gays and lesbians from the victim's compensaton fund.
I cannot understand how their lives were any less valuable or their deaths
any less tragic than anyone.
I can't believe that, once again, our government insists that gays and
lesbians are full citizens when it comes to paying taxes but when receiving
benefits gays and lesbians are, somehow, less than citizens.
