Compensation to Victims of WTC

Compensation to the victims of the Trade Center attack should be made on the
basis of need. The average American contributed to these funds, whether
through charity or tax dollars, to assure the survivors were financially
able to feed, clothe, shelter and educate their immediate families. I did
not contribute so that someone would "get rich" from this tragedy. The
appointment of Kenneth Feinberg to oversee the funds should be made as soon
as possible and the distribution to the victim's immediate families should
begin.
