Proud of our Heros

If the stories are true, that loved ones and family
members of homosexuals lost to the terrorist attacks
of 9/11 will not be compensated by the "funds" are
true, the enemy at large have truly won over America!

I am a heterosexual and am APPALLED at the idea that
surviving loved ones and family members of homosexuals
will not receive benefits from this fund because of
the sexual preferences of the victims. I, for one, am
still torn with emotion, that individuals made a
choice on 9/11 to sacrifice themselves to the benefit
of a larger population. I can only imagine the fear
they must have felt, to never see or hold their loved
ones again and yet they did what any good American
would do. They freely gave their lives so others
would live. All people!

The events of 9/11 are sad enough and will forever be
ingrained in my heart and soul, as they are to the
rest of Americans in this country and to others
abroad. I am proud to be an American, am honored that
so many other proud Americans died in heroic efforts,
but am greatly saddened by a Government that would
allow an additional atrocity to occur. How can we be
so ignorant to exclude "certain" people who gave their
lives so willing for this country? How is it that we
can acknowledge some, including illegals, and ignore
others? How is it to hide behind State laws for some
and bend them for others? If you think about it, the
enemy really doesn't have such a difficult job in
destroying our Great Nation and it's People, they just
have to sit by and watch us do it to ourselves.
