Mr. Zwick,
Before moving forward with our application to the Victims Compensation Fund, I would like to
better understand how to determine my daughter's income level for purposes of ascertaining a
presumptive award in the table.
graduated from college in May of 2000, began part-time employment while working toward her Masters Degree. In August of 2001, she began a full-time employment position, that being at at $42,000 per year plus bonus (she received a $5000 bonus for her tenure there prior to September 11th).
Obviously had not had the opportunity to build a three year history of earnings data. Is using her final position salary and bonus ($47,000) a reasonable entry position into the presumptive table?
Please let us know by return mail or e-mail. Thanks in advance for your cooperation and
support.
Sincerely,
Individual Comment
