Your proposed rules for the compensation of gay survivors of 9-11 are an
absolute DISGRACE! Gay people are as patriotic as anyone else and do not
deserve the abuse heaped upon them year after year. It is a disgrace that
bigots such as you are in a position to heap more abuse upon on us.
