Victim Compensation Fund Comments

I recommend equal treatment for domestic partners of homosexual victims of
the 9-11 tragedy. Such partners are as bereft and traumatized as married
heterosexual couples.

Further, I recommend equal treatment for unmarried, domestic partners of
heterosexual victims. We should rise above moral conventionality to provide
support and comfort to the survivors of all of our heroes from 9-11.
