How horrific an event to deal with as a nation let alone the be affected directly by losing a loved one. All of the monies collected were to be disbursed to help the families financially and now you are going to deny them these funds. Is it not enough that these families have had to endure the tragic loss and now have to endure more pain as you deny them the ability to financially recover from such devastation.
