9/11 fund

Thanks for not recognizing me as an equal citizen of the United States. I am
separate and not equal.
GayCrow is alive and well. The policy of not allowing benefits GLBT partners
and family victims of
9/11 is nothing more than discrimination. I understand America to mean
Equality for All, now I understand
it to mean Equality for Some. Please reconsider your actions, policies and
standard "Tow the line"
discrimination. This is a federally administered fund, using "local" laws is
a very weak defense
of your position.
