Compensation for Victims of Terrorist Attack

We are responding to the invitation by your Department for the public to
comment on regulations regarding the September 11 Victim Compensation
Fund.
We strongly urge that compensation funds be made available to families
of ALL victims of this horrible attack and that no one be excluded.
Families are families and this loss has been devastating to all
survivors, black, white, Asian, gay, straight, Muslim, Christian or
Atheist. Please, no discrimination!
