Please do not let personal biases affect the humanitarian needs of survivors
of
Sept. 11. There is a strong call for Unity and as a government official you
should
be leading the unity effort - not playing divisive, cruel, power politics.

We will be paying close attention to how you handle this matter. Any cruelty
at this
time will not be tolerated and will be exposed.
