compensate gay partners like everyone else
I am shocked and outraged that you plan to discriminate against gay
survivors of heroes and victims of September 11. This is a time to pull
together and honor all heroes and compensate all survivors--not to use
state law as a thin disguise to discriminate. This is not a state fund.
This is a federal fund. Administrate it fairly.
