I would like to enter the fund but the life insurance and business travelers
and AD&D will bring it down to zero. I have no other recourse but to find a
lawyer and commence the suit.

You may not award anything although you say it is rare. I cannot take that
risk of filing a claim and find out I receive nothing and then cannot
withdraw the claim.

I tried to get a sense also as a divorced mom and married many years to the
deceased if I could be a claimant and the recipient of my call could not
tell me.

I requested a phone session with you, Mr. Feinberg, but it doesn't appear
possible.

Perhaps you should set up phone time daily - would that be asking too much
and over the course of 1 1/2 years you would accomplish much.

People don't realize that many of us get very little or 0 from the fund. It
is the employer who is paying out, not the government.
