To Whom It May Concern:

Our daughter's name is and her fiancee, was
murdered in the WTC attack on September 11th, 2001. They were engaged to be married
and had just recently purchased a house together. They were sweethearts in college and
real soul mates. All she wants in her sweet back but she can not have that.
was 27 yrs. old and worked for since 1997. He was very financially successful as an equity options sales trader. 's achievements enabled them to purchase their beautiful home. is a school teacher and cannot make the mortgage payments on her own. It was 's salary that allowed them to
purchase the house. At this point everything has been torn away from her. She cannot
bear to give up anything more. also accrued credit card debt purchasing necessary items for their home. This would have been paid off easily if were still alive and working. We know it would be wish for her to stay in their home, as well as become debt free.

On September 11th, her world came crashing down, along with many other people. We
strongly believe that all long term partners (same sex and heterosexual) should be treated
as spouses. They have suffered the same loss and must be treated fairly because they
were also financially dependent on their partners.

Please help the finances and long term partners, in advocating their message to Special
Master Ken Feinberg.

Thank you for your attention and help in this matter.

Respectfully,

Individual Comment
