Stop this Victims' Compensation plan!
Ladies and Gentlemen:
Please put an END to the Victims' Compensation Program! Never before in history has this type of compensation program been put into place for victims' families -- of war or of terrorist attacks. There is no reason for us to provide these families, though their losses are great, with financial resources to continue their previous standard of living; this is unreasonable!
All families who lose the life and therefore wages, of a loved one, suffer a change in standard of living. This should be no different.
